ActivaPatch® IntelliDose™ 2.5 is a disposable, single use, non-invasive iontophoretic drug delivery system that utilizes an intelligent microprocessor to deliver 40 or 80mA–min dosage of a negatively-charged ionic solution.

• Patch delivers 40mA*min dose in 1.25 hours, or 80mA*min dose in 2.5 hours.
• Accurate timing and dosage ± 2% versus other wireless iontophoresis treatments that can be as much as ± 37%.
• Self contained and fully integrated SmartPower™ system functions without a charging station or dose controller. 
• Can be removed and reapplied to complete treatment if necessary or used for two treatment sites.
• Flexible, low-profile eliminates skin irritation with no adhesive burns from prolonged wear.
• Detects and  measures skin resistance for optimal drug delivery.

  Thereby eliminating the need for separate dose controllers, charging stations and battery packs associated with the most widely used systems.
• Each ActivaPatch® IntelliDose™ 2.5 contains an intelligent biofeedback microprocessor and SmartPower™ LED that allows each patch to communicate with both clinician and patient, ensuring effective drug delivery by accurately measuring skin impedance, and operational effectiveness of the patch.
• All ActivaPatch® products require NO SALINE.
  Our state-of-the-art hydrogel dispersive technology replaces the need for awkward and clumsy administration of saline solution, providing ease of use in every application as well as preventing over-hydration and/or potential operator error by eliminating the chance of accidentally adding the saline or prescribed medication to the wrong chamber of the iontophoresis patch.

All ActivaPatch® products feature our patented SHUNT® technology which automatically turns off the ActivaPatch® when the 80 mA minute treatment is complete. Patients are not required to know when to remove the patch in order to end treatment, thus assuring precise prescribed dosage.
